What we collect
Account details (name, email, company), billing details handled by our payment processor (we never see full card numbers), and basic usage and support records.
Sign-in security
To protect your account and enforce per-user licensing, each time you open the app we record a session ID for your login and your approximate location (city, region and country) derived from your IP address by our host, Cloudflare. We keep session records up to 30 days and location records up to 48 hours. If one login is used from places far apart within a day, a review note (cities and time only) is kept up to 90 days. We also keep a simple usage record for each user (email, company account, plan, first and last time the app was opened, number of opens, last approximate city and app version) for as long as the account is active, so we can support customers and improve the product. We do not store your full IP address, and we never use this information for advertising.
What stays on your computer
Company settings, logos, spec sheets, job plans and drawings you create are processed and stored in your own web browser. They are not uploaded to our servers unless you send them to us for support.
Service providers
We use Outseta for accounts, subscriptions and email, Stripe for payment processing, and Cloudflare for hosting. Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
We send account, billing and product-update emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
